How to make Phad Thai Sauce
  1. Put the dried noodles 100g.in boiling water until softened,drain them and return the noodles to the bowl.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet over medium heat.Add preferred meat 100g.stirring occasionally.Add the eggs and scramble quickly.
  3. Put the drained noodle,shake and pour the Classic thai Phad thai Sauce,then add the stir-fried tofu and vegetable mixture.
  4. Serve with the lime wedges,sugar and chilli powder.

How to make Vegetables Stir Fried Sauce, Thai Basil and Chili Stir Fried Sauce
  1. Shake and pour the sauce in a pan and fry for about  1 minute.
  2. Put meat and stir fry for about 4 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle on a plate with steamed rice.
